BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

CUSTOMER PROTECTIONS.

A cable communications system and a satellite television provider offering services
to customers in Minnesota must provide customers receiving services in Minnesota the
ability to select on an individual basis the television or video signals the customer will
receive.
